Advantages of Trading FOREX Over Stocks and Commodities
There are many advantages to Trading FOREX as your main income generator. Let’s start by something that may be worrying you already.
“Do I need a Diploma or some kind of Certification to trade FOREX?” The answer is this:
When attempting to make more profit than losses on the fluctuation of exchange rates between major currencies (i.e., Trading the FOREX), nobody is going to ask you for a diploma, a formal license or verify the amount of hours you’ve spent studying the Foreign exchange market and banking industry. All you need is the proper training.
But this is not the only advantage you get when trading FOREX, compared to other ways of investment and speculation; i.e. Stocks and Commodities. You have a whole bunch of advantages over these other options that will be enumerated in the following paragraphs.
The Main Benefits of Trading the FX Spot Market:
1): FOREX is the largest financial market in the world.
With a daily trading volume of over $1.5 trillion, the spot FOREX market can absorb trading sizes that dwarf the capacity of any other market. In fact, when compared with the $50 billion daily market for equities or the $30 billion futures market, it becomes quickly apparent this gives you, and millions of other FOREX traders, almost infinite trading liquidity and flexibility.
2): FOREX is a TRUE 24-hour market.
The FOREX Market never sleeps. Trading positions can be entered and exited at any moment – around the globe, around the clock, six days a week. There is no waiting for an opening bell as in the case of trading stocks. It is a 24- hour, continuous electronic (ONLINE) currency exchange that never closes. This is very desirable for you if you want to trade on a part-time basis, because you can choose when you want to trade: morning, noon or night.
3): There is never a Bear Market in FOREX.
You can have access to a seamless, mutually-inclusive (two- way) exchange of currencies. Meaning, because currencies trade in “pairs” (for example, US dollar vs. yen or US dollar vs. Swiss franc), one side of every currency pair (for example, USD/JPY – JPY = YEN) is constantly moving in relation to the other. Thus, when you buy a particular currency, you are actually simultaneously selling the other currency in that particular pair. As the market moves, one of the currencies will increase in value versus the other. Of course, it is up to you to choose the correct currency to be long or short. Since currency trading always involves buying one currency and selling another, there is no structural bias to the market. This means you have equal potential to profit in both a rising or falling market.
4): High Leverage – up to 200:1 Leverage.
You are permitted to trade foreign currencies on a highly leveraged basis – up to 200 times your investment with some brokers. This is primarily attributed to the higher levels of liquidity within the currency markets. Standard 100,000- unit currency lots can be traded with as little as 1% margin, or $1,000. Mini FX accounts are permitted to trade with just 0.5% margin — in other words, just $50 allows you to control a 10,000-unit currency position. Futures traders, who are accustomed to margin requirements generally equal to 5%-8% of the contract value, will immediately recognize that the FOREX market provides much greater leverage, and for stock traders, who must post at least 50% margin, thereâ??s no comparison. If you are looking for an efficient use of trading capital, this is it!
5): Price Movements Are Highly Predictable.
Although currency prices in the FX market may be volatile, they generally repeat themselves in relatively predictable cycles, creating trends. The strong trends that foreign currencies develop are a significant advantage for traders who use the correct “technical” methods.
Unlike stocks, currencies rarely spend much time in tight trading ranges and have the tendency to develop strong trends. Over 80% of volume is speculative in nature and, as a result, the market frequently overshoots and then corrects itself. As a technically-trained trader, you can easily identify new trends and breakouts, which provide for multiple opportunities to enter and exit positions.
6:) Commission-free Trading and Low Transaction Cost
When you trade FOREX, through one of our recommended brokers (this info is in our private resources section), you’ll do it totally commission-free! These brokers don’t charge commissions to trade or to maintain an account, and that goes for all clients trading the FOREX through them, regardless of your account balance or trading volume. Even Mini FX traders can buy and sell currencies online, commission-free.
What about trading fees? There are none of the usual fees to which futures and equity traders are accustomed — no exchange or clearing fees, no N_F_A or S_E_C fees. Because currencies trade over-the-counter (OTC), via a global electronic network — in FOREX, what you see is what you get, allowing you to make quick decisions on your trades without having to worry or account for fees that may affect your profit/loss or slippage.
In the equities markets, you must pay both a commission and exchange fees. The over-the-counter structure of the FX market eliminates exchange and clearing fees, which in turn lowers transaction costs.
So, if FOREX broker don’t charge commissions, how do they make money? Like all traded financial products, over-the- counter currency trading involves a bid/ask spread, which represents the prices at which your counterparty is willing to trade. Because the currency market offers round-the-clock liquidity, you receive tight, competitive spreads both intra-day and night. Stock traders can be more vulnerable to liquidity risk and typically receive wider trading spreads, especially during after-hours trading.
7): Instantaneous Order Execution and Market Transparency.
Market transparency is highly desired in any trading environment. The greater the market transparency, the more efficient the market becomes. Unlike other markets where transparency is compromised (like in the Enron scandal), FOREX markets are highly transparent (i.e., analyzing countries, and having access to real-time research / news, is easier than companies).
Because of this transparency, as an FX trader, you will be able to exercise risk management strategies in accordance to the fundamental and technical indicators we teach at RapidForex.com
The FX market offers the highest level of market transparency out of all the financial markets. Because of this, order execution and fill confirmation usually occur in just 1-2 seconds. Markets that do not offer executable prices and force traders to absorb slippage obviously compromise the trader’s profit potential considerably.
In the forex world, order execution is all-electronic and because you’ll be trading via an Internet-based platform, instantaneous execution is routine. There are no exchanges, no traditional open-outcry pits, no floor brokers, and consequently, no delays.

The Power of Focusing on What Vs. How
We see it and do it enough times to know just how it works. Resolutions are set, goals written down, strategic action plans put in place. And where does it end up? More often than not, we don’t lose the weight, we don’t keep the budget, we don’t straighten out the relationship ? whatever it is we were after, frustration or despair get in the way and we end up at square one.
But getting what we want is easy ? REALLY EASY – if we just change our approach. Believe it or not, it isn’t about more action, or stronger resolve, or reading yet another self-help book. A simple understanding of one principle changes everything! With the snap of your fingers, you can have/be/do anything you dream of ? without the effort you think it requires.
Sound too good to be true? Well, it’s the only thing that IS true ? so read on, unless you’re committed to doing it the hard way!
Power of the Law of Attraction
You’ve heard of the Law of Attraction, right? “Like attracts like.” But do you understand how this works in daily life? What you may not realize is that your thoughts, feelings and emotions send out vibrations that the “Universe” responds to in like fashion. So when you’re feeling good, you’re sending out good vibrations and thus good things enter your world. When you’re feeling bad on the other hand, you’re sending out bad vibrations, and bad things, events, people, etc. find their way to you.
Understanding this not only explains your current state of affairs, but also gives you an incredible tool to make life what you want it to be. All we need to do is align our thoughts, feelings and emotions with what we want. That means we’ll be vibrating on that “want” and the Law of Attraction dictates that it will be delivered, exactly as ordered.
Let’s look at how this shows up in real life for us. This isn’t a phenomenon that you just choose to put to work whenever you think about it. This is at work every minute of every day! It never stops!
What Do You Want?
What vs. How says that rather than focus on actions to solve your perceived problem, your better off focusing on What. What is it you want? Six new clients this week? Buns of steel? A boyfriend for Valentine’s?
In pursuing a goal of six new clients, for example, we might be inclined to jump into action. We might devise a marketing plan, network for referrals, or call prospects like mad. If we take this action, though, while we’re concerned about not getting new business, or worried about how to cover expenses, or believing there’s no way we can really get six in one week, we’re vibrating something contrary to what we want. We’ve fallen into the “How” trap and set ourselves up for failure.
On the other hand, if we first became crystal clear about what we want, and relish the feelings of getting it, we’re now vibrating in perfect alignment with what we want. As we do that, we may be inspired to take certain actions, like networking or advertising ? or maybe not. Regardless, because of the Law of Attraction, we will receive what we want when we are in alignment with it. This is the power of focusing on “What!”
Focus on What, Not How!
“How” doesn’t matter ? it’s all about “What” we’re sending out. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions as a sort of cosmic boomerang, where whatever you send out comes right back to you.
Now, if you find it easier to focus positively on gaining six new clients while you’re taking frenzied action, then that’s one way to do it. This brings up an opportunity to examine your belief system, but the important thing to know is that getting what you want isn’t achieved solely by actions you take. It’s how you feel about those actions ? it’s WHAT you’re feeling, rather than HOW you’re going about it.
It’s all about What, not How. So the next time you’re stumped as to why you’re not getting what you want, stop and ask yourself what you’re vibrating. The key is in the What, not the How!

What Part of Handwriting on the Wall Dont You Understand – They Dont Hire People Over 50
In a recent talk to the Detroit Economic Club, President Bush told of a powerful statement made to John Bailey by his wife, “Just what part of the writing on the wall don’t your understand – companies don’t want people over 50!” The White House staff had become aware of an amazing story of entrepreneurial success stemming from John’s wife’s words.
John’s wife was very quick to read the writing on the wall, rationalizing that it would be virtually impossible for John to find a new job. An extremely insightful woman, she saw that John’s competition in his job search was a wealth of people, albeit less experienced, that would be applying for each job John sought. In order to land a job over these younger, less-experienced applicants, John would have to sell himself before the topic of pay was placed on the table. Once pay came into the picture, even if John was willing to accept a lower rate of pay it is doubtful he would get the job.
According to my friend, headhunter Jeff Breza, “If someone can choose between an applicant with some experience earning 40K and another with vast experience earning 120K, they would much rather give the 80K position to the first. The second person will grow to resent the pay and become bitter while the first person will be very indebted to me for such a great offer.”
Faced with the prospect of a long job search, the Bailey’s had to make an important decision:
use their savings to fund an extended search realizing a job offer may never come
or
use their savings to invest in their own business.
It is important to make this decision as early as possible. The longer one is unemployed, the more discouraged they get and the more difficult it is to shift back into a daily high-energy routine. To start a business takes time, energy, and a positive attitude. The best chance one has is to jump into the game early.
Marty found his position eliminated after over two decades. Instead of spending his time feeling sorry for himself, he took the opportunity to write a book about his experience as a business coach. His book, “In There Presence”, catapulted him into his own business as a leadership developer and multi-rater feedback coach.
Dave had wanted to start his own Human Resources business for many years. When he heard there may be an opportunity for a severance package, he was excited that he would finally have his chance. He started immediately to find clients for his company so that he would have enough to support himself once the severance ran out.
Joe’s corporate job ended abruptly with a management change. He used a settlement he received to buy a building and start a martial arts school. He now enjoys a stress-free career working for himself.
Each of these individuals recognized that by starting their own business, they would not be in a position where there career relied largely on a single individual. They knew that age, regardless of law, was a handicap that would be difficult to overcome, so they had to think differently.
If you are in the unique position where the transformation form a corporation professional to an independent self-employed businessperson is a available, carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages of each. Each has pros and cons.
â?¢ One is a world where your pay is preset versus the other when pay is unlimited
â?¢ In one a single supervisor determines your fate, in the other that single individual is you
â?¢ One provides benefits while the otherâ??s benefits are purely financial
John’s wife was very insightful in her comment. She knew that looking for a traditional job would involve many months of heartache and disappointment. She saw John’s talent, and she help him catapult a lost job into a major human relations firm.

Curbing the Public Nuisance (Part 1)
He’s been around since the dawn of humanity. His profession is even older than the world’s oldest profession. He’s been loathed and reviled by politicians, bureaucrats and hot dog vendors.
I am speaking, of course, of the public nuisance.
He was that slithery dude in the Garden of Eden, taunting folks to shoplift. “Go on. Take a bite of the apple. The grocer will never know it’s misssssing.”
Even in caveman days, the public nuisance was the one who would always have a practical joke to play on somebody. “Hee, hee. Thag not looking. I go paint his fire green so it look like bush. He no be able to find fire. Hee, hee. OUCH! Ooh. Ooh. Yowwww. That hot!”
He is the opinionated loudmouth who can’t keep his trap shut. “I told Caesar the Coliseum should be built on the west side of town. ‘Caesar,’ I said. ‘The Coliseum should be built on the west side of town.’ But did he listen to me? No-o. Did he build the Coliseum on the west side of town? No-o.”
“So…that’s why the lions are drooling on the other side of that door?”
“Ah…well, yes, actually.”
The public nuisance is that whiner who can’t stop complaining about the weather. “Aw, c’mon Leonardo. Why don’t you invent something useful, for a change? Like better weather.”
“What’s wrong with the weather?”
“What’s wrong? What’s wrong?! It’s too cold when I want it to be too hot. It’s too hot when I want it to be too cold. It rains when I work in the fields. It gets dry when the crops need rain. And did you see how the wind blew the other night…”
The public nuisance has been with us throughout the ages, playing music too loud in public places.
“What’s that racket?”
“I think some teenagers are playing their lutes a little loud.”
“Well how’s a middle-aged lady supposed to get any sleep around here?”
“But what can I do?”
“You’re a knight, for goodness sake. Get your horse and your lance and run them down. “
But, like all good things, even the public nuisance has been transformed by technological advances. We no longer rely on manual labor to provide public nuisance services to the population. Machines supply all the disturbance we could possibly desire.
Automation of the public nuisance was inevitable. As cities expanded, it was getting harder and harder for the public nuisance to be everywhere at once and provide adequate disturbance to the entire population.
It was also very inefficient to have individual public nuisances repeating the same tasks in each part of town.
And then there was the issue of quality control. Who would ensure that all the public nuisances were serving the community to the same standards? Who would ensure accountability and integrity? Some public nuisances have been known to take payola.
“Hey. You. What’s that stench?”
“I’m just cracking a few eggs to throw at your house.”
“Why at my house? What did I do?”
“Nothing. But you have a fancy house and I figured you would be most willing to provide me an incentive to throw them somewhere else.”
“What!? This is extortion!”
“Yes.”
“I see. Well, Smithers down the road has been way too uppity this week, so here’s a little something to go be a his public nuisance tonight.”
“Thank you, Sir. It’s been a pleasure disturbing you.”
I was stumped. I really had no idea how to end this column. “Maybe the public nuisance should be a she,” I mused
“Why a she?” my wife asked.
“Because people complain if I just assume my characters are “he”. The trouble is, whenever I make them “she”, somebody wants to know why I’m picking on women.”
“They would if you make the public nuisance a woman,” my wife observed.
“Are you saying women are never nuisances?”
“Everybody knows that you men cause all the public disturbances,” my wife poked me.
“That’s because men get bored you women try on more clothes and more clothes and more clothes. We are just trying to keep things interesting”
“Men have such a short attention span…”
Suddenly I knew how to end the column: In our household, we have no need for a public nuisance ? automated or manual. We each have our own private nuisance, whom we love very much.
“That’s no way to end a column,” my private nuisance insisted. “Why not tell them about how you would get rid of public nuisances once and for all?”
“Shhh. Don’t tell them. That’s next week’s column.”

Loving Every Phenomenal Part of You
Have you ever wished yourself away? I am not referring to leaving your precious life on this Earth; but rather, just wished you weren’t a certain way or did not have some particular qualities and mannerisms that were so apparent to you. I know I have.
In the past, I’ve had a very difficult time when others would point out my weaknesses to me, either constructively or not-so tactfully. I would think, ” Wow, not only do I think these are big problems I have, but now everyone else sees them as well.” I would hope and pray that these parts of my personality would disappear into the deep character trait abyss. I would pretend to myself they weren’t present or I would try my hardest to cover them up. I spent a lot of time and energy on hiding these areas that I wanted so desperately to vanish.
A big first step in learning to love oneself and in self-forgiveness is accepting every part of you as the unique person that you are. All of your so-labeled liabilities can be tweaked into assets, but they must first be accepted. Otherwise, you are pushing against the grain and not being authentic to your true self.
Let me give you an example of what I am talking about. In all of my past serious relationships, I have loved very passionately- so much so, that I’ve depended on the other person in the relationship for my happiness (what is commonly referred to as co-dependence). My moods depended on their moods, their well-being, or were correlated to the way they were treating me at the time. One can argue that this is not really love. I feel it was love, but with a very important component missing-that passionate love for myself? With it, the “dysfunctional” one-sided relationships may have flourished or an even more likely scenario~ I would have probably not attracted them in the first place (but that’s a topic for another day). Once I accepted this as a part of my unique persona I was able to direct it in a more healthy manner-passionate love for my child, my work, my family, my faith, and most importantly, myself.
You may find your dark sides in anger, co-dependence, low self-esteem or a combination of these or other perhaps not so desirable traits. We are missing a part of us by wishing these traits weren’t ours and not owning up to every inch of them. If we are only loving a part of ourselves or of others, we are not fully engaged in the experience of love. You know that feeling of being in a relationship where the other person may “kind of like you” or you “kind of like them”. It doesn’t flourish, and neither party is truly happy. It has been said by finding an area in which you have found the most struggles, therein lies your true purpose. These are gifts for us to embrace; lessons are presented for us to learn. Think of one of your greatest challenges-has that not shaped who you are today? When you are in the midst of it, it can be difficult; but when you step back, you see the beauty of it all.
Accept your yin and your yang. Accept your dark and your light. Accept your failures and your successes. I am not suggesting that we use this as an excuse to not participate in personal development or self-care, or to neglect to learn those lessons that are often presented to us throughout our lives. Instead I am suggesting that we embrace our unique selves and know that we are not on this Earth to take up space but rather to fulfill a beautiful life of our dreams in our own special way~ every valuable bit of us.

The 7 Major Reasons Businesses Fail and How to Overcome Them
This year, over 800,000 of the approximately 2,000,000 start up businesses will fail!
Nearly 1,000,000 of those remaining will fail within 3 years. Why do so many businesses fail? Many studies show that approximately 98% of all failures occur because of the owners. The other 2% are a result of acts of God. Here are the key reasons and actions owners can take to avoid and overcome business failure:
Reason #1: The owner is not mentally prepared or motivated to run a business. There are three different ways to use your energy, and your physical and mental efforts to earn money. I call them the three “Games of Work.,” and they define the types of relationships between people and their work. The rules that players have to follow to succeed for each “Game” are shown below.
1. Bureaucrats,: Do what it takes to protect or expand their position; Will divert responsibility whenever possible, but will take credit for desirable results of others; The success of the organization is secondary to kissing up to those who make decisions about promotions, salaries and job security; Have virtually no control over their job security; And are compensated for basically showing up.
2. Partial Entrepreneurs: Choose to be responsible for work performed or results achieved in their specialized field, but do not want responsibility for the total business. Have more control over their job and its security; And are paid for the specific results they produce. Examples of Partial Entrepreneurs include; commissioned salesmen, multilevel marketing members, franchisees, and real estate agents.
3. Business Owners: Take full responsibility for their business; Are in full control over their job and its security (whether they know it or not); Have no one in the organization to kiss up to; Learn to pass on as much credit as possible; Constantly focus on the success of the business; And are compensated only from the profits of the business.
As you can see, the rules of a Bureaucrat and a Business Owner are completely opposites in all categories, and the Partial Entrepreneur is basically in the middle. The mental effort it takes to convert from Bureaucrat or Partial Entrepreneur to Business Owner is much greater than most people realize. Many business owners never fully make the transition.
Action: Before becoming a business owner in the first place, determine if you truly want and will operate under the Business Owner “Game Rules.” If you choose to, do so IMMEDIATELY, and COMPLETELY! To survive, let alone succeed, you must commit to operate under the Business Owner Rules 100%. Otherwise, you should seriously consider playing one of the other “Games of Work” that best suits your desires.
Reason #2: The business owner is unable to operate a business. The success or failure of a business depends on the owner. As the head goes, so goes the body. Running a business is completely different than any other “Game of Work,” but, believe it or not, the rules are the same for all types of businesses. Far too many owners fail to take the time and energy to improve their own ability to run their business. This means that they need to grow as a person first and enrich themselves and discover their true passions and priorities to be able to have the maturity, drive, and energy to allow them to manage themselves and a business simultaneously.
Action: You will greatly enhance your chances for success by finding methods of self-improvement in all aspects of running a business, and continue the process throughout your entire business-ownership career. Obviously, as you become better at running your business, the success of your business will also get better. Many resources are available to you, including respected advisors, mentors, partners, “Godfathers, ” and coaches.
Reason #3: The business owner thinks he knows what it takes to run a successful business and is convinced he is fully prepared to jump in. This is rarely true. The fundamentals of owning and operating a business sometimes referred to as the “rules of the game,” are rarely taught in the U.S. school system. (See Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, published by Babson College and Kauffman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, July, 1999.)
We are led to believe that an education fully prepares us for running a business. In truth, the U.S. school system only prepares us to get a job, not create jobs. The fundamentals of successfully owning and operating a business are very different from getting and keeping a job. Unfortunately, most business owners are left to learn these fundamentals through the age-old process of “Trial and Error” with an emphasis on error. This “Trial and Error” dependence causes far too many serious and fatal errors, and leads to stress, financial damage, and eventual failure.
Action: Learn the rules of the game of business, other than through the “Trial and Error” method. The very best way is to find and use trusted mentors, advisors, and/or coaches to guide you through the process of learning how to improve your capability to run your business to avoid the many errors others make. Frankly, the rules are simple, easy to learn, and are based upon common sense, and high integrity
Reason #4: The business owner tries to execute all three of the three basic functions needed for a business to succeed, alone and without help. (See The E Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber). The three key functions a business must have executed to succeed are:
The Technical function, which is the execution of the actual service or product provided by the business. For example the drafting action of a drafting company, the auto repair actions of an auto repair company, the production of a boat of a boat building company.
The Managerial function, which is the organization, coordination, and supervision of the people assets and activity of the business on a day to day basis.
The Visionary function, which is the discovery, setting and communication of the future goals and purposes of the entire business. The leadership to get all parts of the business flowing towards the long term goals established.
The level of success of a business is limited to the level of the execution of the weakest link of the three business functions described. A business that has two of the functions executed in an excellent manner and the other in a poorly manner will eventually level out no higher than poor.
Yet, entrepreneurs (budding business owners) and business owners try to personally perform all three functions themselves. One single person will have an extremely difficult time performing all three functions at a high enough level for the business to eventually succeed.
Michael Jordan, one of the best basketball players of all time, could not translate his huge basketball skills into a successful baseball career. He proved that the skills needed to succeed at the game of baseball are much different from the skills needed to succeed at the game of basketball. And when he returned to basketball, he had to work extra hard to re-sharpen his basketball skills to his previous levels. Likewise, the skills of owning and operating a business are specific and very different than the other two “Games of Work.”
Action: Get help from someone, a partner, an employee or an outsourcing resource to perform at least one of the two functions for the business. This way that function can be executed at a very high level and will allow you to focus on executing no more than the other two at a similar high level. Normally entrepreneurs initiate businesses where they bring the technical skills and motivation to the table.
The three skills necessary to win in the business game are: Technical Skills of the business; Managerial Skills to manage yourself, time, things, concepts, and people; and Visionary Skills to set future goals and organize the business so that current activities will contribute to them (See The E Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber).
You probably bring Technical Skills to the table, but to succeed, you will also want to master the Managerial and Visionary Skills. You are not born with these skills; you learn them. You are born with natural talents towards certain skills, but you have to work to perfect them. Michael Jordan, and Tiger Woods were obviously born with unbelievable talents, but they became successful only because they worked very hard at developing the skills they needed to win. Likewise, you will want to work to develop your Management and Visionary Skills (from the Business Owners Perspective) and continue the process throughout your business ownership career.
Reason #5: The owner starts a business for the wrong reason: “No one can boss me around;” Or; “I will create my own job;” “If he/she can be successful, so can I;” “I will buy a business and enjoy the fruits of ownership;” “I want to pursue my passion for serving others.” And so on. The stresses and problems resulting from running a business for the wrong reasons can become overwhelming, especially when you generate little or no profits.
Action: “The only reason to have your own business is to Make a Profit.” Though this may sound cold and greedy, you will realize rewards and compensation only from your business profits. If your business doesn’t make a profit, you get nothing. You might even discover you have been working for nothing, or worse, working to increase your debt.
This does not mean you have to avoid meaningful, and emotional reasons for living. Not at all. The profits and personal time gained from the business will provide you the resources to pursue your life goals. Even religious institutions require profits and time to pursue their passion of serving others.
Reason #6: Business owners do not completely consider the perspective and motivations of potential customers. Customers’ perspective must be addressed so owners can entice enough customers to buy their products or services at a price over their costs to produce the desired profits. From the very beginning, owners should be focused on enticing customers to buy. Owners who do not know, understand, or appreciate their potential customers’ perspectives will most likely see their business fail.
Action: Learn as much as possible about your potential customers. Design and provide products or services, delivery methods, pricing, and ways to communicate with them around their perspective. This might require that you get help stepping out of your own perspective and into someone else’s.
Reason #7: Business owners insist on going it alone without asking or accepting outside help. The sole business owner has one of the loneliest positions in the world. Many owners have difficulty confiding in their employees, vendors, customers, lenders, or competitors, for fear that any one of them will take advantage of revealed weaknesses. Most owners try to go it alone by working IN their business, and not near enough time working ON the business. Consequently, they are not aware of what they are doing, where they are going, or why! (the “Trial and Error” method).
Action: Find and use Advisors, Mentors, Coaches, and/or Trusted Partners who have the knowledge and desire to educate and guide you, with your best interests at heart. All professional athletes have one, if not several, coaches, advisors, mentors, who help them become much more successful than they ever could be on their own. Guide to Shaving Pubic Hair
Getting the decision to start shaving your pubic hair is easy. Doing it is a bit more difficult.
Using the guidelines in this article, you will find that pubic hair shave can be a simple task.
First, is your pubic hair shave decision final? Make sure you are aware of the possible consequences and side effects of pubic hair shave. Remember, you can not stop shaving your pubic hair once you start doing it.
We suggest that your partner will help you with your first pubic hair shave. However, you can do it yourself.
Follow the following steps in the guide to shaving pubic hair:
1. Buy the proper products. You must get a razor and a shaving cream before going on with the other steps.
Do not use a male shaving cream or soap. You can easily find specialized creams for female shaving suitable for your skin type.
Likewise, you must not use switch blade razor or a disposable razor. You should buy a female safety razor which can be used to pubic hair shaving.
2. Cut off your pubic hair. The worst step people do is shaving their pubic hair without clipping it first. Doing so will damage the razor and cause unnecessary pain. Clip your pubic hair using a pair of sharp scissors. Your pubic hair should be as short as possible.
Notice that you will have to do this step only on the first time.
3. Get ready for pubic hair shaving. Clean the area to be shaved. In order to avoid irritated skin and pimples afterwards and for the most effective pubic hair shave, prepare yourself.
Get a hot shower or bath, splashing a lot of water on your pubic hair. After the shower dry yourself properly and make sure your pubic hair is dry and clean before moving to the next step.
4. Now you are ready to shave. Apply shaving cream generously on your pubic hair. Straighten your skin with one hand and gently shave with the other hand. Move the razor in the counter direction of your hair slowly.
You can shave the same area more than time but make sure you have enough cream on the pubic hair area.
5. After you are satisfied with the outcome of the pubic hair shave, wash generously with warm water the shaved area until it is clean.
6. Aftercare ? Use baby oil or aloe vera gel to protect your skin.
Follow those steps in order to make pubic hair shave easy and effective. Good luck.

How to Be a Great First Date
Okay, you’ve scored a date with a sexy somebody for Saturday night, and you’re terrified you’re going to blow it. Don’t worry; if you follow these tips, you’ll do just fine. The bonus? None of them involves getting a face lift or renting a Jaguar for the evening.
1. The key to being a great date is to love yourself. Nothing is more attractive than an individual who regards himself highly. It doesn’t matter of you’re short, fat, bald or hairy in all the wrong places. You’ve heard the maxim, “You can’t love somebody until you love yourself,” and it’s true, but nobody else is going to love you until you love yourself, either. Self-love attracts love like a magnet.
2. Resolve to be yourself and only yourself. Don’t tell me you’re not interesting enough, good-looking enough, smart enough. Ask yourself: Do you want your date to like you for somebody you are or for somebody you aren’t? Right. Now, be yourself, and understand that maybe your date will like you and maybe he or she won’t. Either way, you’ll live. I promise.
3. Visualize quiet confidence. For several days before your date, visualize yourself sitting with him or her and feeling calm, cool, and attractive. Really feel it! See, hear, and feel yourself laughing easily. Feel yourself smiling. Practice this while you’re waiting to order your coffee in the company cafeteria. Do it in the Laundromat. Feel it until it feels real.
4. Make a list of all the things you have going for you. A great sense of humor? Compassion? Beautiful teeth? Are you an executive at an up-and-coming company? Write down your desirable qualities and read the list several times a day. Let it sink in. Knowing what makes you special will give you confidence and an inner glow on the big night.
5. Now that you know what makes you wonderful, keep it to yourself. No need to turn the date into an infomercial: Avoid mentioning that you’re considered the unofficial mayor of your town because you’re so popular. Don’t brag about how you trounced Texas Tess in the chili competition. Allow your date to make little discoveries about you. Trust him or her to see that you’re an excellent catch.
6. View your shortcomings as positives. A healthy person will be drawn to you despite the fact that you drive a 1987 Chevette, as long as you’re kind, considerate, and funny. If you’re ten pounds overweight, there are people who will find you sexy because they’ll perceive you as being slightly indulgent. If you’re a man who’s balding and consider it a disadvantage, decide to make it an advantage. Many women see a disappearing hairline as a sign of virility.
7. Have reasonable expectations of the other person. What’s more revolting than a paunchy guy who expects his girlfriend to look like Paris Hilton? Or, a woman in a dead-end job who turns her nose up at the guy driving the 1987 Chevette? If you want to find somebody who will like you for you, be sure to return the favor.
8. Don’t stereotype. All women are not desperate to get married. All men do not fear commitment. Purge your noggin of the nonsense the media have fed you about the opposite sex. Look your date in the eye and treat him like a human being, not like somebody you must manipulate. Treat your date as you would have him or her treat you. You will be successful beyond your wildest dreams.
9. Remember, it’s a date, not a job interview. Don’t view this person as a potential spouse. Remove the pressure. See him or her as an acquaintance you’d like to turn into a friend. That’s it. Break the ice with a compliment, but avoid making overly personal remarks like, “Wow, you look hot in those pants.” Something non-threatening like, “Nice shirt,” works well because it conveys that you think your date has good taste!
10. Stay away from sex. I don’t care if you’re a man or a woman, sex on the first date is bad news. Don’t even think about it! Having sex on the first date sets up all sorts of weird and uncomfortable expectations. Furthermore, you could end up with a deadly disease. Hit the sheets only after you’re sure you’re both healthy, and that you actually like the other person. It makes for much better sex.
11. Accept the possibility that you’ll be rejected. Maybe you and your sexy somebody will hit it off. Maybe you won’t. When I was single, I often reminded myself that even Bruce Springsteen (the biggest, sexiest rock star of the time) faced rejection by the opposite sex at one time or another. So have Britney Spears, Brad Pitt, and all the other luminaries we’ve been trained to envy. Everybody faces rejection. Everybody. Not just you!
After the date is over, decide whether you’d like to see this individual again. Stop fretting that you didn’t make a good enough impression and ask yourself if you even liked him or her. Review the evening dispassionately. Is he or she someone you would choose for a friend? Did you feel good around this person?
If not, it’s probably best to move on.
If the answer is yes, proceed accordingly.
