Bareback Teddies – Show Off Your Style!
By definition a teddy is a one piece undergarment combining a camisole and panty. In reality a teddy can be one of the most dramatic fashion statements you can to accentuate your most fashion forward clothing. Because of the nature of the teddy’s design, it provided a great foundation for tight fitting pants since it flattens the stomach and provides virtually no visible lines.
Two of the latest fashion trends in teddies are the bareback teddy and the fashion top teddy.
The bareback teddy is designed to provide a camisole and panty combination that appears to have no back to it. This type of teddy is designed with multiple straps that provide support for your breasts, so no bra is needed, while giving you a bare back surface to show off your most revealing tops. You can imagine the looks and stares from everyone as they try to figure out how you look so dazzling with no visible means of support. The strap configurations on these teddies can accommodate the most revealing blouses and tops to give you the confidence and support you need.
The fashion top teddy is really three items of clothing built into one. It serves as a thong panty, a bra and a fashion top. The styles and adornment of these teddies comes in a wide range for various taste levels and needs. You can find a simple halter style in a plain, stretch fabric, all the way up to a heavily beaded top that shines with crystals and sequins. You decide what is appropriate for the occasion
. With so many choices it is easy to see why teddies have made a huge comeback in recent years. For fashion versatility it’s hard to think of another garment that would add as much flexibility and style.

6 Vital Tips For Creating A Superior Resume
1: Keep It Short
Considering that initially HR personnel only spend approximately 10-20 seconds on a resume, the shorter your resume, the most desirable it is. Aim for one page.
Of course, it is sometimes impossible to create such a short resume. You might have to include a second page because you have way too much information regarding your work experience, accomplishments, etc. In this case, make sure that you list the most relevant information within the upper half of the first page because that is the section that gets looked at first. This way, these important insights will surely be noticed.
2: Spelling, Spelling, Spelling
It is not enough to run the word processor’s spell checker on your document. Proofread your resume at least 3 times, once backward (sometimes that is how you notice mistakes.)
Remember, a sloppy presentation is almost a guarantee that your resume will end up in the circular file even if you have all the qualifications in the world.
3: Start Your Resume With A “Power Statement”
Many resume writers suggest starting a resume with an objective. I object to that (no pun intended). Objectives are useless because they are self-centered.
Here is a typical objective: “Challenging position in social services.”
My suggestion is that you start your resume with a power statement such as: “Experienced Social Worker with 10 years of proven client counseling and support background along with enthusiasm for working with children and their families.”
Whereas the objective tells the employer only what you want to do, the power statement goes further in highlighting not only the job you are seeking but also your major achievements. The power statement showcases what you can do for the company.
4: Use Action Verbs
Begin your sentences with action verbs for added punch and to express a sense of accomplishment.
For a FREE list of action verb, please e-mail Rita Fisher at RitaFisher55@comcast.net with “Action Verb List” in the subject line.
5: Use Specifics
Use specifics such as numbers, percentages, figures and facts.
Example: “Exceeded sales quotas by 50% for 4 consecutive years.”
Numbers stand out and communicate clearly and openly about not only the results you produced by also about what you can do for the company (can’t repeat that enough.)
6: Answer The “What’s In It For Me?” Question
What every employer wants to know when reading your resume is what’s in it for them.
Employers are looking for people who will solve their problems. You have to present your case accordingly.
How?
By answering these questions and including the answers in your resume:
What kind of problems did you solve on the job?
How did the company benefit from your performance?
How did you do the job differently and better than the person before you did?
Did you introduce a new program or system?
If yes, what were the results of it? (Be specific regarding the results.)
What were you most proud of in your job?
What would your supervisor and your co-workers say they would miss most about you when you leave?
How did you make a difference in your job?
How did you affect the company’s bottom line?
Did you save money for the company? How much?
Did you earn money for the company? How much?

Durable Medical Equipment
Durable medical equipment and Medicare
With costs of the most common durable medical equipment reaching upwards of $1,200, the need for payment by Medicare is substantial. This increased cost of medical equipment forces elderly persons to look to Medicare and the rules governing what is covered are often confusing and time consuming. Find a durable medical equipment supplier and rely on their expertise, experience and guidance.
Durable medical equipment is a health care device that helps the elderly and/or disabled person do daily activities easier, and includes such items as wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen tanks, and hospital beds. Even items such as mobility aids, medication dispensers, convalescent care products, rehabilitation equipment and more. Also, Federal housing agencies want to make a difference to the lives of elderly and disabled persons by providing financial assistance to homeowners and landlords to carry out home adaptations.
Medicare covers certain types of durable medical equipment under certain circumstances.
Under Medicare Part B, the supplementary medical insurance program, rental or purchase of durable medical equipment is covered. However, certain restrictions are set out which elderly persons need do be aware of when considering purchasing durable medical equipment through a medical provider.
These restrictions can cost the elderly person thousands of dollars if they are unaware of the restrictions governing coverage of durable medical equipment by Medicare.
Aiding the elderly person in pre-purchase determinations of what durable medical equipment Medicare will cover can result in substantial savings. For example, the most common denials include oxygen and hospital beds, and coverage is not available to residents in skilled nursing homes.
Consumers, attorneys, and providers of durable medical equipment should be aware of these restrictions as they can result in different purchasing plans for the elderly consumer.

Diabetes and its Management
Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most costly burdensome chronic diseases of our time and is condition that is increasing in epidemic population in the whole world. The complications resulting from the diseases are a significant cause of morbidity and mortality and are associated with failure of various organs such as the eyes, kidneys and nerves. Diabetics are also at a significantly higher risk for coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease and stroke and they have a greater likelihood of having hypertension dyslipidemia and obesity.
What is Diabetes?
Diabetes is a serious disorder of the glands, of pancreas to be exact, called Madhumeha in Ayurveda. It is one of the most insidious disorders of the metabolism and, if left undiagnosed, may lead to rapid emaciation and ultimately death.
What are the types of Diabetes?
According to Ayurveda Diabetes is of two types: Diabetes Mellitus- Insulin dependent Juvenile Diabetes (IDDM-Type I) in which the body is unable to produce insulin and Non Insulin Dependent Adult Onset Diabetes (NIDDM-Type II) in which the pancreas produces insulin, but it is insufficient for reducing the blood glucose to normal levels.
What are the common symptoms of Type- 1 Diabetes?
Some of the common symptoms of Type- 1 Diabetes are:
- Excessive Thirst
- Frequent urination
- Unexplained weight loss
- Irritability
- Weakness
- Fatigue
What are the common symptoms of Type- 2 Diabetes?
Some of the common symptoms of Type- 2 Diabetes are:
- Loss off weight
- Numbness in hands or feet.
- Uncontrolled infections
- Pain in the limbs
- Inflammatory chest infections
- Dimness of vision, contrast
- Excessive thirst
- Body weakness
What are the different tests for Diabetes?
Urine Test: Some chemicals are added to a few drops of urine. Colour change indicates presence of glucose in urine.
Blood Test: In this, blood is taken to test the glucose level. This is more accurate test to confirm diabetes
Which parts of my body are affected by Diabetes?
Blood Vessels: Higher level of glucose damage the blood vessels. As a result of this most of the diabetic complications occur in blood vessels.
Heart: Diabetes affects the heart by: Increasing the amount of fat in blood and increasing the amount of homocysteine in blood.
Kidney: In diabetes because of increased levels of glucose, kidneys have to do extra work to retain essential substances and separate waste products to produce urine. This affects the small blood vessels and their capacity to filter. After many years of work, it leads to kidney failure.
Eyes: Diabetes affects blood vessels of the eyes. Damage to these blood vessels leads to eye problems like: Damage to retina, Cataract or total loss of vision
Foot: Damage to blood vessels reduces blood flow to the feet and increases risk of developing foot ulcers and infections.
Nerves: High glucose level for a long time damages nerves. Nerve damage reduces sensation in some parts of body which may lead to: Numbness and tingling, Fainting and dizziness
How do I know if my diabetes medicines are working?
Learn to test your blood glucose. Ask your doctor about the best testing tools for you and how often to test. After you test your blood glucose, write down your blood glucose test results. Then ask your doctor teacher if your diabetes medicines are working. A good blood glucose reading before meals is between 70 and 140 mg/dL.
Ask your doctor about how low or how high your blood glucose should get before you take action. For many people, blood glucose is too low below 70 mg/dL and too high above 240 mg/dL.
One other number to know is the result of a blood test your doctor does called the A1C. It shows your blood glucose control during the past 2 to 3 months. For most people, the target for A1C is less than 7 percent.
Home Remedies for Diabetes:
The best remedy for this disease is the bitter gourd, better known as ‘karela’. Eat this vegetable as often as you can or have at least one tablespoon of karela juice daily to reduce blood sugar levels in your blood and urine.
Amla, due to its vitamin C content is effective in controlling diabetes. A tablespoon of its juice, mixed with a cup of fresh bitter-gourd juice, taken daily for two months will secrete the pancreas and enable it to secrete insulin.
Take ten tulsi leaves, ten neem leaves and ten belpatras with a glass of water early morning on an empty stomach. It will work wonders in keeping your sugar levels under control.
The leaves of Butea tree are very useful in diabetes. They reduce blood sugar and are useful in glycousia.
Take two teaspoons of powdered Fenugreek seeds with milk. Two teaspoons of the seeds can also be swallowed whole, daily.
Eat 10 fresh fully grown curry leaves every morning for three months. It prevent diabetes due to heredity factors. It also cures diabetes due to obesity.

Back Exercise And Golf Are Synonymous
Back exercise and golf. Doesn’t that sound like a common denominator? Of all the injuries in golf, the low back is by far the highest one.
To explain why doing back exercise for golf is important, a golfer needs to understand why.
The golf swing is one of the most (if not the most) stressful movements on the lower back. Picture this. You’re in a static position at the start; then you try to rotate your upper body as far as you can go, while keeping the lower body as stable as you can.
This movement all by itself puts tremendous stress on the lower back. If you have a lower level of rotational flexibility, you are at HIGH RISK for low back injuries. You many have one as we speak.
Now picture having the strength to ‘uncoil’ that backswing, maintaining your golf posture at between 80-100 mph. If you have not participated in a back exercise for golf, you will not be able to generate any power at impact, therefore your driving distance is inadequate.
Does this sound familiar?
It should. I see this all the time on the golf course. Especially with the senior golfers. They have physically declined over the years and have not done any back exercise for golf and can’t generate and clubhead speed.
There is hope!
To remove the threat of low back injury and improve your ability to turn back and turn through with power, you just need to do a couple of simple back exercises for golf.
One example of a back exercise for golf that you should be doing several times a day is what I call the Lying Leg Crossover, which is incorporated in all my products.
Here’s what you do:
- Lie on your back with your legs extended.
- Raise one leg and bend at the knee to 90 degrees and the hip to 90 degrees.
- Cross that leg over extended leg, while opposite shoulder stays on ground.
- Go until slight pull in butt and lower back.
- Hold and repeat once more.
- Switch legs and do opposite side.
This is a very simple back exercise for golf and no equipment is required.
Just do this back exercise for golf religiously and you’ll see a HUGE improvement!

Target: Rear Delts: One Simple Movement and They?ll be on Fire!
The Bent-Over Lateral Raise is one of the most common exercises used for working the rear or posterior deltoids. For most trainers, it can be difficult to really feel the rear delts working during this movement as the larger, stronger muscles of the back have a tendency to take over.
To really get the most out of this exercise, you need to remove the back muscles from the equation. This can be easily accomplished with a simple technique.
How to Do It:
First, get yourself into position for the Bent-Over Lateral Raise. This can either be standing, seated or with your chest on an incline bench. The same technique applies to all variations.
Your arms should be hanging straight down in the start position.
Now, drop your shoulders down towards the ground without moving your torso. You will be keeping them down throughout the exercise. This forces the back muscles into a stretched position, thereby reducing their involvement in the exercise.
Once your shoulders are dropped, start the movement by doing a reverse wrist curl with the dumbells. This means simply bending your wrists back and up and holding them there.
Now squeeze the weights up to the top position of the lateral so that they are in line with your head at the top and squeeze hard at the top.
Here is an excellent tip for the way up: as you raise the dumbells, imagine as though you are trying to wrap the backs of your arms around a tree. You’ve often heard that you should try to wrap your arms around a tree for dumbell flyes, now apply it to this movement.
Also, try to force your hands into as wide of an arc as possible and keep the dumbells as far away from your body as possible. This technique will help you to keep your shoulders down as you lift the weights.
What all these tips accomplish is to reduce the ability of the stronger back muscles to contract during the exercise, forcing the rear delt muscles to “shoulder” the burden of the exercise.
The keys to remember are:
Incorporating these tips into the bent-over lateral movement will target your rear delts like a laser beam!

Your Business versus Mother Nature
Business Consultants earn hundreds of thousands of dollars every year showing businesses how to improve their productivity. All business consultants in the Information Technology area agree that the biggest threat to business survival is data loss.
There are many different data backup solutions available on the Internet today. Unlike years past there are not only different providers but also many different methods of data backup. Some solutions are “on-site” based methods. These include tape drives or other magnetic storage media, DVD-R and CD-R based methods and NAS (network attached storage) methods of creating local (within the LAN) backups of critical data. These methods of data backup are definitely better than nothing, and can provide protection against user error, data corruption, and in some cases even computer theft (that is if the data backup equipment itself isn’t also stolen) and many of the other pitfalls associated with digital media.
But what about protection against the most powerful of all forces, Mother Nature?
Hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, and other natural disasters are a serious potential threat to the crucial data you have stored within your computer network. Add into the equation the collateral damage of flooding and fire that often comes along with Mother Nature’s wrath and you have a recipe for some serious data loss in the unfortunate event that one of these uncommon, but critically devastating, events occur. In most cases your existing backup solution would be useless and would suffer the same peril as your original data.
The answer is simple: Have a complete, up-to-date copy of your data stored at a different location. You should back up your data using an offsite data backup service. Offsite data backups allow you to store mission critical digital files in a secure, remote location. When you store data in an offsite location you are doubling the protection of your most import data files and enabling a level of security that even the best on-premises data backup solutions can’t provide.
Your data is encrypted and backed up over your existing internet connection to a secure server. You can set it up to perform backups at any frequency you wish. You can even set up the system to schedule backups while the office is empty on weekends and evenings, or when the computers are idle for a certain period of time (great for those systems that need to be accessed 24/7 and cannot afford the potential downtime that may be incurred due to backup procedures being run at the time).
Mother Nature is a concern for the integrity of your critical data. All smart businesses understand this.
Your DATA is your LIFE. Protect it!
